Asian women seem to have the most beautiful skin, don’t they? Whatever they’re eating, I want some! In this case, it’s what they’re using…
This little cloth may not appear to be much, but it does a FANTASTIC job of exfoliating the skin! I can’t believe how little effort it takes to make my skin feel oh so soft. It is a bit harsh for the face, but I use it gently there too (my skin is fairly tough). You also can’t beat the price! Just be sure the label says ‘made in Japan’ to get the real deal!
2. Spray Bottle for Oil
I’m not a fan of the canned oil sprays from the grocery store, as they tend to 1) be incredibly expensive, and/or 2) have some type of added propellant that I’m wary of.
After going through a few Mistos and having them break on me, I decided to just try buying a dollar store spray bottle and filling it with oil. Lo and behold, it works!
I just add a small amount at a time and use it to lightly spray foods like fries for baking, in lieu of dousing them in an obscene amount of oil (aka, unnecessary fat!).
3. Target Find
Speaking of oil, I found a great olive oil at Target of all places!
Not only is it a quality oil, it’s also sold in a glass bottle, and it’s only about $6 a bottle!
If you’re in need of a new smoothie recipe, check out the Nutribullet website.
You can literally search a couple of ingredients, say apple and raspberries, and it will return with all the smoothie recipes that contain both.
There’s a plethora of concoctions to try, so give it a look (and buy a Nutribullet if you haven’t already…I use mine multiple times a day!)!
5. A Blog Note
Just a quick note regarding this blog:
I don’t subscribe to any type of diet or labeled way of eating, including (but not limited to) vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, raw till 4, or any other. If you aren’t accepting of this fact, please don’t follow my blog or leave derisive messages here, on my Facebook page, or any other social media outlet, as they will be immediately deleted. Thank you.
