These fun treats are a healthy way to enjoy cheesecake! Layer your favorite cookie or graham cracker with this cheesecake filling and a fruit sauce for a satisfying dessert that won't send you into a sugar coma!

My husband loves cheesecake, but I don't always love making it for him. It's so fussy!
Failed water baths, air bubbles, dryness, and soggy crusts are just some of the commonly encountered issues when making traditional cheesecake. Who can deal with all of that?
Well, look no further! This recipe is fool proof.
Just take your favorite cookie or graham cracker, layer in this easy cheesecake filling, and top it with your favorite fruit sauce for a killer treat that is super easy to make!
Ingredients and substitutions
Just FOUR ingredients needed for this yummy treat!
- Cream cheese
- Maple syrup - Honey or agave syrup would also work.
- Heavy cream
- Vanilla extract
Recipe steps
Add the cream cheese and maple syrup to a medium bowl and beat the mixture until fluffy.

Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla. Beat the mixture until fluffy and soft peaks begin to form.

To assemble the cups, add some of your favorite cookie crumbles to small glass cups like these, dollop in the cheesecake filling, and top with a fruit sauce or compote.
You can chill the cups or serve immediately!

How to serve
Try crumbling your favorite cookies or graham crackers into the bottom of the cup as the base. Here are a few of my favorites:
- Buckwheat Graham Crackers
- Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Rice Flour and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Top it with a fruit compote or sauce, such as one of these:
Recipe notes
I haven't tried this with non-dairy ingredients, like vegan cream cheese and/or coconut cream. I created this recipe around dairy, and my focus was to keep the sugar low.
My preferred method of sweetening this recipe is with one tablespoon of maple syrup and a few drops of stevia. For those avoiding stevia, use two tablespoons of maple syrup.
