As soon as I became aware of its existence, a part of me knew I had to try it, so I promptly ordered this fascinating new creamy spread.
I must say, I am impressed. It reminds me of a less bitter tahini, and so far, so good, allergy-wise!
2. Cabbage and Turmeric
I eat cabbage a few times a week, since 1) I love it, and 2) it helps keep my digestion moving in the right direction.
While I often eat it in stir-fries, I since discovered that it has a soul mate (at least where my palate is concerned)…turmeric!
