Breakfast
I know you're probably tired of the smoothie bowls, but...
...I am addicted! Hemp milk, avocado, raw walnut butter, cacao powder, frozen cherries, dates, raw honey, and kale blended together and topped with cacao nibs and goji berries. I love the thickness the avocado adds!
Snack
A small bowl of Lentil Granola with vanilla hemp milk was my mid-morning snack (pictured without milk since I hadn't finished making it yet).
If you haven't tried this, you really should! Even if you're not grain-free, this makes a great, high protein breakfast and is one of the most underrated recipes on this blog.
Lunch
A large salad was on the menu for lunch. Green leaf and iceberg lettuces mixed with red onion, red bell pepper, red cabbage, grated carrot, cucumbers, raw walnuts, and dried figs all topped with a creamy Italian dressing.
Snack
Not too long after my salad, I had a bowl of curried quinoa with petite green peas. My husband and I went to the gym in the morning this day, and the workout left me pretty ravenous for the remainder of the day!
Dinner
While the kids and my husband dined on chili this night, I had a bowl of zucchini noodles...
I don't like to eat zucchini noodles raw, so I saute them in a bit of coconut oil first. I also tossed in some cherry tomatoes, oregano, lemon juice, and a combination of yogurt and parmesan cheeses. It was really delicious!
Dessert
For dessert, we all had a Gooey Brownie Bar...
I just love this recipe, and the fact that my daughter Jade can eat them since they are nut-free! 🙂
What have you been eating this week?

I've been following your blog for a while, and I have to say, don't you ever get hungry? You say you've recovered from an eating disorder, but the WIAW's seem pretty concerning to the reader.
Lauren
Hi June,
How is it concerning? My breakfast and snack alone are over 1,000 calories, and the range for calories for a woman my age is between 1,600-2,000, depending on activity. I looked at your blog a bit and do see some differences in what we eat. I don't eat white flour or white sugar, which I would say is 'pretty concerning'. I do eat to maintain my weight. I'm not losing nor gaining, and I'm very happy where I'm at. If I get hungry, I eat healthy food that is full of nutrition, which I feel fills me up much more than empty calorie treats.
Baby June
If you say you're recovered I will take your word for it. I shall stick to my empty calorie treats though 🙂

That smoothie bowl looks delicious! Keep 'em coming, I don't mind! 🙂 I've been eating lots and lots and LOTS of oats this week. And almond butter. Mmm, they are so good together!
Those gooey brownies are killing me! Don't leave me in suspense too long, okay? 🙂

I love those smoothie bowls Lauren, they look so yummy!

How do you like goji berries? I was at my friend's house the other day and he was putting some on his salad. Never tried them before, so I'm curious :).
And LOVE the idea of lentil granola! So smart and I bet the extra protein does a great job of keeping you full. I'm definitely going to look into that one since I have granola basically everyday!
Anything with the words "gooey" and "brownie" sound a-okay with this girl haha ;). I can't wait for the recipe!

I do like the goji berries! At first, I was totally put off by the smell and texture, but now I really enjoy them! 🙂 The brownie recipe is linked (it's the same old one from Monday). 🙂
