  • High speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Sunbutter
  • spoonful avocado (about 1/4 of a whole avocado)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 juicy dates
  • dash sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops stevia
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend everything (except the ice) in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Add in ice and blend again until it is your desired consistency.
