  • 2 Tablespoons almond meal or flour
  • 2 Tablespoons brown rice flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • good pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon soft coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate chips as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix everything together until a dough forms.
  • Shape the cookie on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Top with chocolate chips.
