Gooey Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Snack Bites (Date-Free)

These date-free chocolate chip bites are made with oat flour and a small amount of sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c . oat flour
  • 1/8 t . sea salt
  • 2 T . coconut butter (can use another nut or seed butter if preferred)
  • 2 T . + 2 t. olive oil
  • 4 t . molasses (can also use maple syrup)
  • 1/4 c . applesauce
  • 2 t . vanilla
  • 3 T . chocolate chips
  • dash cinnamon or pie spice , optional

Instructions

  • Mix the wet ingredients together first (coconut butter, olive oil, molasses, applesauce, vanilla).
  • Stir in the oat flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
  • Pinch off pieces of dough and enjoy!
