Creamy black bean hummus made WITHOUT tahini!

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 ounce can black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1 T . pumpkin seed butter (see Notes)
  • 2 T . lemon juice
  • 1 t . cumin
  • 1/2 t . sea salt
  • dash cayenne
  • 2 t . olive oil

Instructions

  • Process everything until smooth and creamy.
