Ingredients

  • 4 c . water
  • 2 c . unsweetened coconut shreds

Instructions

  • Blend the coconut and water together in a high-speed blender for 30-45 seconds.
  • Strain the coconut pulp in a nut milk bag.
  • Pour the milk into a container with a fitted lid.
  • Refrigerate and use as you would any other milk.
