Chocolate Avocado Smoothie (NO Banana!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3-4 soft, Medjool dates see Recipe Notes above for lower sugar recommendations
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1-2 dashes cinnamon optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cube tray cubes

Instructions

  • Blend everything except the ice together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ice and blend until your desired consistency.
