Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons raw almond butter (raw gives the best flavor!)
  • 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup oats
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix the milk and almond butter first to emulsify the butter.
  • Add the rest and combine thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy!
