Add in the remaining ingredients and process until a dough forms. If it seems dry or like it's not coming together, add in water one teaspoon at a time.
Press the mixture into a lightly oiled pie plate.
Place in the freezer while you make the mint layer.
MINT LAYER:
Process everything together until smooth and well combined.
Pour into the pie shell and place into the refrigerator or freezer until firm to the touch (obviously, the freezer will be faster).
CHOCOLATE COATING:
Whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
