Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 6 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 6 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛ +1/16 tsp powdered stevia extract

Instructions

  • Process all of the ingredients until very smooth and well combined (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Pour the batter into a lightly oiled 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish.
  • Refrigerate until firm (2-4 hours).
  • Cut and serve!
