Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. coconut butter
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1 t. peppermint extract
  • 2 t. raw honey or maple syrup
  • TOPPINGS:
  • goji berries
  • cacao nibs
  • crushed candy canes
  • shaved chocolate as desired

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut butter and coconut oil on low until both are melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint and honey.
  • Line an 8 x 8 baking dish (or other similar-sized dish) with wax paper.
  • Pour the mixture onto the paper and allow it to spread out.
  • Sprinkle on toppings, as desired.
  • Freeze until hard.
  • Break apart and enjoy!
  • Store in freezer for best keeping.
