Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking soda, salt, raisins).
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl (egg, applesauce, oil, vanilla, carrot).
Mix all and let stand five minutes.
Dollop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake 15-17 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
