Easy Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk almond or coconut both work very well (use full-fat coconut milk for a decandent treat!)
  • 10 oz. about 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
  • 2 T. maple syrup or honey
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy!
