  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 2 cups water


  • Rinse and drain your quinoa in a sieve.
  • Place your quinoa into an Instant Pot.
  • Add in the two cups of water.
  • Close and seal the Instant Pot.
  • Hit the 'Manual' button and set the timer to 1 minute.
  • Hit 'Manual' again and let the quinoa cook.
  • After the Instant Pot beeps, allow it to sit as is for another 10 minutes before venting the steam.
  • After 10 minutes, vent any remaining steam and open the lid when the float valve is down.
  • Fluff, season, and enjoy!
