This banana-free carob raspberry shake combines the two main ingredients with avocado, honey, and vanilla to create a lip-lickin' mid-day or early morning cup of goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp carob powder see Notes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ avocado
  • 3 ice cubes, tray-sized
  • stevia to taste (I add in about five drops)

Instructions

  • Blend everything together until smooth and well combined.
