Chocolate Cherry Berry Smoothie

Kids love this delicious smoothie, which includes three different kinds of fruit, a hint of chocolate, and a good helping of spinach, which is hidden by the berries and cocoa!

  • 1 cup milk of your choice see Notes
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp hemp seeds optional, for some extra protein
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 large handful of spinach


  • Blend all until smooth and creamy!
