  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (also good with just cherries or strawberries)
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • stevia to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder optional; you can also use 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
