This delicious, healthy ketchup comes together in minutes, and it's so much lower in sugar than what you buy from the store!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tomato puree (not sauce) I use Pomi brand strained tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp molasses
  • 1/16 tsp cloves (powder)
  • 1/16 tsp allspice
  • 1/16 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp red onion minced fine
  • good dash sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix all until well combined.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate a bit to let flavors meld.
