The Healthiest Vanilla Milkshake Ever!
Three simple, healthy ingredients combine to make this indulgent-tasting treat that is free of dairy, but tastes like melted vanilla ice cream!

Servings 2 snack servings
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 room temperature banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder)
- a few ice cubes, if desired
Blend all (sans ice) until smooth and creamy.
If using ice, blend it in last, and don't use more than 2-3 cubes, or it will dilute the flavor.
