chicken breasts

water or broth

yellow onion
roughly chopped into chunks

bay leaf

sea salt

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into an Instant Pot.
Set the Pot to cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Naturally release the pressure (AKA, don't touch it!) for 10 minutes.
Manually release remaining pressure.
Shred chicken and use as desired.
