Small Batch Low Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies
A deliciously healthy peanut butter cookie that is LOW in added sugar as well!

- ½ cup natural peanut butter I use salted
- 2 Tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp oat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- couple dashes sea salt as needed
- dash stevia to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together in a bowl in the order listed.
Using your hands, form six balls of dough and place them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Press down on each one until fairly flat.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.
