A simple and easy tomato sauce made from cherry tomatoes. This accompanies anything from pizza to flatbread to pasta!

Ingredients
2Tbspolive oil
3garlic clovesminced
goodpinchred pepper flakes
1pintcherry tomatoesquartered
1Tbsp capersdrained
salt to taste
fresh parsley or basil
Instructions
Heat oil in a medium-sized saucepan.
Add garlic and a good pinch of red pepper flakes, and cook 20-30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and capers and cook for about 12-15 minutes on medium low, stirring intermittently, until broken down and 'saucy'. The sauce should be lightly simmering.
Season with salt to taste.
Stir in freshly chopped basil or parsley, as desired.
