These date-free chocolate chip bites are made with oat flour and a small amount of sweetener.

Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ c oat flour
  • t sea salt
  • dash cinnamon or pie spice optional

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 T coconut butter (can use another nut or seed butter if preferred)
  • 2 T + 2 t. olive oil
  • 4 t molasses (can also use maple syrup)
  • ¼ c applesauce
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 3 T chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix the wet ingredients together first (coconut butter, olive oil, molasses, applesauce, vanilla).
  • Stir in the oat flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
  • Pinch off pieces of dough and enjoy!
