Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon arrowroot
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup berries of your choice (I like a combination of blueberries and raspberries)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking soda, arrowroot, salt, cinnamon).
  • Mix in the applesauce and vanilla.
  • Spread the batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (it should be ~1/2 inch thick).
  • Top with the berries.
  • Bake 11-15 minutes.
  • Cool, cut, and enjoy!
