DRY INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup oats
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon arrowroot
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
WET INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup berries of your choice (I like a combination of blueberries and raspberries)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking soda, arrowroot, salt, cinnamon).
Mix in the applesauce and vanilla.
Spread the batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (it should be ~1/2 inch thick).
Top with the berries.
Bake 11-15 minutes.
Cool, cut, and enjoy!
