Perfectly portioned for two, these berry crisps are healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
1/4c. oats
1/4c. walnuts(or more oats for nut-free)
2T. oat flour
4t. coconut sugar
couple dashes sea salt
cinnamon, to taste (I use about 1/2 teaspoon)
2T. coconut oil or butter, semi-solid
1 1/2c. frozen berries of your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Measure out your frozen berries, rinse them, and let them stand in a colander.
In a small bowl, mix oats, walnuts, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Cut in the butter or oil with a fork until mixture is 'pebbly' in appearance.
Oil two small (1-2 cup) ramekins or mugs.
Divide mixture between the two.
Top each with 3/4 cup berries.
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Cool and enjoy!
