Chocolate Pudding Pops

Delicious and creamy chocolate pudding pops made WITHOUT dairy!

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • pinch salt


  • Process all the ingredients until very smooth, adding liquid as needed.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid (4-6 hours). (I got four pudding pops, but it will depend on how big your molds are.)
