Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp raw almond butter (raw gives the best flavor!)
  • 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix the milk and almond butter first to emulsify the butter.
  • Add the rest and combine thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy!
