Creamy chocolate fudge made from black beans!

- 15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
- 6 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 6 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ +1/16 tsp powdered stevia extract
Process all of the ingredients until very smooth and well combined (about 1-2 minutes).
Pour the batter into a lightly oiled 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish.
Refrigerate until firm (2-4 hours).
Cut and serve!
