  • 15 ounce can chickpeas rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • ½ cup peanut butter (I use salted)
  • ¼ cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash sea salt (if your peanut butter is unsalted)
  • 50 grams chopped chocolate (use unsweetened if you want these to be completely sugar-free)


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Process the chickpeas through the sea salt until smooth and well combined.
  • Pulse in the chopped chocolate or reserve it for the tops.
  • Bake 14-18 minutes or until cookies don't feel squishy to the touch.
  • Cool and enjoy! (These are yummy frozen!)
