Ingredients

can chickpeas
rinsed, drained, and patted dry
1/2
cup
peanut butter
(I use salted)
1/4
cup
dairy-free milk
1
Tbsp
vanilla
1
tsp
baking powder
dash sea salt
(if your peanut butter is unsalted)
50
grams
chopped chocolate
(use unsweetened if you want these to be completely sugar-free)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Process the chickpeas through the sea salt until smooth and well combined.
Pulse in the chopped chocolate or reserve it for the tops.
Bake 14-18 minutes or until cookies don't feel squishy to the touch.
Cool and enjoy! (These are yummy frozen!)
