  • ½ c . pumpkin puree
  • 2 T . raw walnuts
  • 2 T . cocoa powder
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 T . honey or maple syrup
  • ½ t . vanilla
  • 1/16 t . powdered stevia extract (or another tablespoon of honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 c . milk of your choice
  • tiny pinch sea salt
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 c . ice

Instructions

  • Blend all until thick and creamy.
