Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • scant 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 2 soft dates
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
