Ingredients

c.
coconut butter
¼
c.
coconut oil

t.
peppermint extract
2
t.
raw honey or maple syrup
TOPPINGS:
goji berries
cacao nibs
crushed candy canes
shaved chocolate
as desired
Instructions
Heat the coconut butter and coconut oil on low until both are melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint and honey.
Line an 8 x 8 baking dish (or other similar-sized dish) with wax paper.
Pour the mixture onto the paper and allow it to spread out.
Sprinkle on toppings, as desired.
Freeze until hard.
Break apart and enjoy!
Store in freezer for best keeping.
