Smoky Black Bean Hummus (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained (reserve one tablespoon of the bean juice)
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 t. sea salt
  • 1/2 t. cumin
  • 1/4 t. smoked paprika
  • 2 T. good olive oil
  • 1 T. reserved bean juice

Instructions

  • Pulse the garlic clove in the processor until minced.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
