A delicious, gooey cookie made with oat flour, applesauce, and milk.

Ingredients

Tbsp
oat flour
dash
sea salt
⅛
tsp
baking soda
dash
cinnamon

tsp
sugar
(I use coconut sugar)
1 ½
Tbsp
applesauce
½
tsp
vanilla extract

Tbsp
milk of your choice
(see Notes)

chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together in a small bowl.
Pour the batter into a small, well-oiled ramekin (it should hold about 7-10 ounces).
Bake the cookie for 12-16 minutes. Don't let it go too long or it will dry out.
Cool and enjoy!
