Chocolate Chip Cookie for One

A delicious, gooey cookie made with oat flour, applesauce, and milk.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp oat flour
  • dash sea salt
  • tsp baking soda
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar (I use coconut sugar)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp applesauce
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp milk of your choice (see Notes)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix everything together in a small bowl.
  • Pour the batter into a small, well-oiled ramekin (it should hold about 7-10 ounces).
  • Bake the cookie for 12-16 minutes. Don't let it go too long or it will dry out.
  • Cool and enjoy!
