rolled oats

hemp seeds

raw walnuts

water or milk
plus a bit more in the morning, if desired
TOPPINGS IDEAS:
raw seeds or nuts
dried fruit
cacao nibs
honey/maple syrup
bee pollen
Instructions
Blend everything together the night before (or at least four hours before) you wish to eat it.
Cover and refrigerate.
In the morning, re-blend the contents briefly, adding in an extra tablespoon or so of milk or water as desired.
Pour into a bowl, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
