Chewy No-Bake Almond Butter Bars

  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter unsalted
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 150 grams oat flour (about 1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons warm water


  • Mix everything but the oat flour until smooth.
  • Stir in the oat flour until a thick dough forms.
  • Press the mixture (you will need your hands) into a well-oiled container fitted with a lid (I used a small 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish).
  • Place in the refrigerator (or freezer if you're hungry!) until the bars are set (somewhat hard to the touch).
  • Cut and serve!
