Chewy No-Bake Almond Butter Bars

- ½ cup raw almond butter unsalted
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ + ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- 150 grams oat flour (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons warm water
Mix everything but the oat flour until smooth.
Stir in the oat flour until a thick dough forms.
Press the mixture (you will need your hands) into a well-oiled container fitted with a lid (I used a small 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish).
Place in the refrigerator (or freezer if you're hungry!) until the bars are set (somewhat hard to the touch).
Cut and serve!
