  • 1/2 ruby red grapefruit including a good amount of the white pith
  • 1/2 large sweet red apple Gala or Fuji are both good options
  • 1/4 c. 100% organic apple juice
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 healthy c. frozen strawberries
  • 2 t. honey or maple syrup
  • stevia if a sweeter drink is desired
  • 2-3 ice cubes if you like it a bit 'frostier'


  • Blend all until smooth, adding a bit of stevia or more honey/maple syrup if you desire a sweeter drink.
