Ingredients

cooked quinoa

carrot
finely shredded

zucchini
finely shredded

red onion
chopped

garlic cloves

lightly beaten

teaspoon
black pepper
½
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
dried thyme

cup
grated parmesan cheese

fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Gently mix everything together in a large bowl (by hand is best).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form the meat into 16 balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 14-17 minutes (they should be browning on top).
