Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Delicious and creamy smoothie made without bananas or dairy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large sweet apple (I usually use a Gala)
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds or walnuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1 soft date
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Blend everything except for the ice until smooth.
  • Add in the ice and blend for another 5-10 seconds until smooth.
