Ingredients

millet flour
(I grind mine from whole millet)

oat flour

sea salt

baking soda

tsp
coconut oil

applesauce

tsp
vanilla extract

milk of your choice

apple cider vinegar

chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl (flours, salt, baking soda).
Stir in the oil, applesauce, and vanilla until the mixture looks a bit pebbly.
Finally, stir in the milk and vinegar.
Pour the batter into a small, well-oiled ramekin (it should hold around 4-6 ounces).
Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
