Ingredients
1
T.
olive oil
6
kale leaves
torn into bite-sized pieces, de-stemmed
¼
c.
nutritional yeast
½
t.
maple syrup
⅛
t.
sea salt
a few grinds of black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the oil, yeast, maple syrup, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the kale pieces and lightly massage the yeast mixture into the leaves.
Place the leaves onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread them out as best as you can (it's okay if some are touching).
Bake the chips for 30 minutes (mix them around a bit after 15 minutes to help bake them all evenly). They should be crispy after 30 minutes.
Cool a bit and serve!
