Ingredients

cup
+ 2 Tbsp spelt flour
¾
tsp
baking powder
¼
tsp
sea salt
⅓
cup
milk of your choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in the milk.
Gather all the dough together and knead it until it is a smooth ball.
Cover the dough ball with your mixing bowl for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough out into a 5 x 3 inch rectangle (1/2 inch thick).
Cut the rectangle into six equal-sized sticks and place in a well-greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Brush the tops with a bit of olive oil or melted butter and top with a sprinkle of parmesan or sesame seeds, if desired.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden.
