Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ cup more milk or coconut water (I do the latter)
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • dash sea salt
  • 1-3 tsp honey as desired

Instructions

  • Blend everything together until smooth.
