Low Sugar Cinnamon Almond Butter Blondies
With only one tablespoon of added sweetener, these soft and creamy blondies are a low sugar treat you can enjoy guilt-free!

- ½ cup creamy almond butter (I use a salt-free, raw almond butter)
- 2 Tbsp applesauce
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 8-10 drops liquid stevia
- 3 Tbsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients (save the chocolate for the top!) until well combined.
Press the batter into a small baking dish (5 x 7 inch is best).
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is set and golden in color.
Cool completely before cutting (I put mine in the freezer).
