Low Sugar Cinnamon Almond Butter Blondies

With only one tablespoon of added sweetener, these soft and creamy blondies are a low sugar treat you can enjoy guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy almond butter (I use a salt-free, raw almond butter)
  • 2 Tbsp applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 8-10 drops liquid stevia
  • 3 Tbsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients (save the chocolate for the top!) until well combined.
  • Press the batter into a small baking dish (5 x 7 inch is best).
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is set and golden in color.
  • Cool completely before cutting (I put mine in the freezer).
