Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat plain yogurt or milk of your choice
  • 2 large very ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (I use salted and don't mind the flavor, but if you're sensitive to salt, use an unsalted peanut butter.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • stevia to taste, optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding stevia to taste if you desire extra sweetness.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze until solid, at least four hours.
