Flourless Peanut Butter Cookie for One
This delicious peanut butter cookie for one is a higher protein treat made with a minimal amount of sugar - No flour or added oil needed!

salted peanut butter

tsp
coconut sugar
1
large
egg white
1
Tbsp
applesauce
dash
cinnamon
capfull
vanilla extract
stevia
to taste
chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
as desired
Instructions
All ingredients should be at room temperature for best results!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
Pour the batter into a well-oiled 6-10 ounce ramekin.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookie is 'set' to the touch.
Per the hubby, put this in the freezer for 20-30 minutes for best texture!
